Phulpur, Prayagraj U.P: On 11 November 2020, under the Livelihood Project of Human Welfare Foundation, 15 Thela/Carts (3 Wheel & 4 Wheel) has distributed to the needy people of the Phulpur town area and nearby villages of Prayagraj district of Uttar Pradesh.
